HOW DO THE SESSIONS WORK?

Our indoor Power Sessions are well considered training programs which test your capability and sessions are set according to these tested capabilities. Specific courses and interval work set by Professional Coach Alex Simmons using sound power based training methodologies. Using your own bike with the latest in ergometer bike training technology this is where the emphasis is on YOU. Focused training set at a suitable intensity for YOU with the benefits of group camaraderie.

The session begins with a ten minute warm up followed by the session duration according to the day and time of your choice. Sessions are conducted with each rider working to their Threshold Power Number which is established during your introductory session. Working to threshold means that not only are you working to your fitness level, you’ll also be achieving an efficient bike training session that is hard to match!
