RSTern Training Plan and one Turbo Studio Membership Plan will be offered as a combined prize and awarded to the winner of the Indoor Winter Series Lottery which will be drawn on the final night of racing Tuesday 24th August 2010.

To be in the draw for the lottery you must be a participating rider in the Winter Race Series and have entered seven or more races.

Based on the popular indoor racing culture in Canada and the US, the Indoor Winter Race Series will be conducted every Tuesday from June 1st with the final night of racing being held August 24th. Thirteen weeks of racing!

The concept of indoor racing brings with it of course a new set of logistics to overcome. Firstly, how do you hold a race and open it up to a reasonable number of people with eight indoor Computrainer units available to you? Racing in thirty minute rotations is the answer.

The first race of the evening will be at 5.00pm followed by 5.30pm, 6.00pm, 6.30pm and the final race at 7.00pm - giving us five race rotations every Tuesday evening. That is a maximum number of fourty riders able to compete for the weekly cash prize pool and the overall Point Score Series.

The race/s will be conducted in Handicap Time Trial format with each rider handicapped by their club grade (limit riders first, followed progressively by riders in higher grades. Recreational riders will be asked to self assess according to a check list with adjustments being made if required during observation of first race).

The courses will differ each week to include a variety of profiles (hilly / flat) allowing a broad spectrum of riders to demonstrate their strengths and abilities. This will also ensure fairness to all - with fairness being the key to every successful race series!

For the race shy, we can pretty much guarantee a 'crash free zone' at the Turbo Studio!
